I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method in the late 1990's after searching for an effective alternative to conventional therapy for back pain. The method helped me learn to improve my posture and stay fit to continue doing the activities I enjoy - travel, Golf, hiking and biking.
My intention is to share the benefits of the Feldenkrais Method® to functional exercise and physical re-conditioning so you can realize your potential and feel a better sense of well being.
I grew up in Switzerland and have always been a sports enthusiast. I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method® many years ago, a system that enhances awareness of body mechanics and restrictive habits through the medium of guided physical movement. This was a life changing experience because it helped me recover from a serious back injury without surgery and it motivated me to become certified in the method.
I use the principles of the Feldenkrais Method® in functional training and athletic fields such as the highly technical game of golf.
