About Us

Our Philosophy and Approach: Learn to Move Better & Feel Better

We invite you to experience the difference in working with us at SWISSFIT.  Our aim is to help you discover your potential and enhance your well being. Whether you want to feel better or increase your athletic performance, SWISSFIT will educate, motivate and make it fun to be fit.

Our approach is unique in that we start with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your overall condition and then recommend a blend of techniques. Depending on what is the best way to improve your needs such as alignment, balance, coordination or strength, we apply the Feldenkrais Method® into training.

The recipe of 1) assess 2) re-fine  and 3) re-train has been a proven and successful approach so you and can live and enjoy your life to the fullest.

I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method in the late 1990's after searching for an effective alternative to conventional therapy for back pain.  The method helped me learn to improve my posture and stay fit to continue doing the activities I enjoy - travel, Golf, hiking and biking.

My intention is to share the benefits of the Feldenkrais Method® to functional exercise and physical re-conditioning so you can realize your potential and feel a better sense of well being.

I grew up in Switzerland and have always been a sports enthusiast. I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method® many years ago, a system that enhances awareness of body mechanics and restrictive habits through the medium of guided physical movement. This was a life changing experience because it helped me recover from a serious back injury without surgery and it motivated me to become certified in the method.

I use the principles of the Feldenkrais Method® in functional training and athletic fields such as the highly technical game of golf.
