Growing up in Switzerland Daniela always has been driven to play sports, she turned her passion into her profession. She graduated with a Masters in Movement Science and Kinesiology. After a serious back and neck injury, Daniela was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method®, a system that enhances awareness of body mechanics and restrictive habits through the medium of guided physical movement. This was a life changing experience because it helped her recover from injuries without surgery and it motivated her to become certified in the method.
Applying the principles of the Feldenkrais Method® to functional training and athletic fields it adds a unique approach that is very effective and addresses the whole body and mind.
